AuroStar is a privately held, development stage, Delaware limited liability company engaged in gold exploration and development in Brazil.
AuroStar operates in Brazil through two subsidiaries:
- AuroStar Mineração e Exploração Ltda. (“AuroStar Brazil”)
- ASR Terras e Imoveis Ltda. (“AuroStar Land”)
Together, AuroStar USA, AuroStar Brazil, and AuroStar Land are referred to as the Company.
